I’m excited to announce our next Ask Me Anything event, this time all about the elephant in the room—Adobe® Flash Player®.
AMA: Transition special—Saying farewell to Flash by December 2020
Tuesday, June 30th, 9:00 - 11:00 am PT | 12:00 - 2:00 pm ET
What’s this about, anyway?
The close of Q2 marks less than six months to the end of 2020, and with it the end of Adobe Flash Player. As you, your team, and your company get sorted, we want to take this opportunity to be as transparent as possible to help you get squared away, not only with Workiva, but also with your other application and IT needs.
What kinds of things will we answer?
All your questions are welcome, but our team of experts will be especially primed and eager to answer your questions around Flash, our Classic platform, and transitioning to the next generation of Workiva. You name it!
How it works
On Tuesday, June 30th, we'll have an all-star cast of Workiva experts on hand to answer your questions in an AMA-style conversation. Our crack team includes:
- Zane Ross, Director of Client Services
- Jeff Hickey, Data Security Engineer
- Joe Dan Dockrey, Senior Director of Global Customer Support
- Rachel Schelle, Senior Manager of Global Client Services Ops
- Victoria New, Delivery Manager
- Christa Brooks, Customer Success Manager

This event is for all users, regardless of whether you’ve transitioned or not. So to get your questions answered by these fine folks above, simply click the "Create Post" button in the Workiva Community then write up your question. And don’t be afraid to be detailed. Every bit helps. Then, select the AMA: Transition special—Saying farewell to Flash by December 2020 topic in the dropdown below the body of your post. This way your question will go to the right spot. If it helps, the topic looks like this:
Finally, on June 30th from 9:00 - 11:00 am PT | 12:00 - 2:00 pm ET, our above-listed experts will start answering your questions. If you've got something you want answered, post it today and if someone else already asked your question, go ahead and vote it up. Not sure what to ask? You can find inspiration in our past AMAs.
If you have any questions about these events or recommendations for future topics, give us a comment below or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
