Presentations over Document

We are currently using document for all our reporting purposes (internal and external). I wanted to know what is additional in presentation which is not available in document.

    I use presentations when I would use PowerPoint.  It has better chart functionality and formatting compared to documents.  Compared to PPT, I love how you can link bullets and phrases to your spreadsheet for fully linking, which is awesome! So, that is a short answer, feel free to let me know if you want more information.
