PBC functionality for 10-Q/K reporting
We are looking at getting away from emails for requesting/collecting PBCs in the generation of our 10-K. Does anyone have any experience or recommendations on this? We have both SEC reporting and Controls Management workspaces, but we are wanting to manage this separately from our audit requests. We send out hundreds of requests across our business each quarter-end for information to compile our 10-K.

We are looking into this as well and trying to decide on data collection, direct input, or templates for use with WDesk Sync. Data collection works pretty well if you have a standard request were multiple groups are providing data in the same format. We also like that we can build in an approval process for it.
0See we have multiple groups providing data, but it is almost never in the same format as it comes from different systems. If we could just start with getting a proper PBC tracking/submitting tool, it would save us a lot of time.
0We are also wanting to get away from emails for requesting/collecting PBC requests for the 10-K, and are seeking advice from the community as well. At Amplify, one of my suggestions was the use of tasks, that could be rolled each quarter, but that functionality isn't available yet.
0Lizette Cha This may be what you are talking about, but I got a task importer from my rep. It's just a template and I can upload all the tasks at once each quarter.
0Has there been any new developments on this front as of late? Also looking for a better way to collect data/documentation from across many different departments used in creating our quarterly/annual reports.
We've explored using certifications, tasks, and even the PBC requests in the ICFR module. All had limitations that did not meet our needs, mainly visibility and access to completed requests so users can pull down needed documentation/information for their respective processes. Additionally, the rollforward process in all three was very clunky and not at all user friendly.
