    These are all items our team has flagged to the Processes team and would love to have implemented as well - especially #3, as we have had very unhappy colleagues who thought our team was not responding to requests, only for us to later find out they were replying to the notifications@workiva.com mailbox. We were told that at this point, we should include, in every automated email that we send out (for the ones we can customize), a statement that this message comes from an unmonitored, no-reply mailbox and to contact x@ourcompany.com instead. We have done so and it has helped, but there MUST be a better solution than this.

    Candice Adams, I have forwarded the feedback to the Product Manager to take notice of this as well as the Enterprise Product Success Manager..
    For the 1st item, when you say organize these in folders, all Processes are files and you can organize them into folders your access and even use in a templated fashion of you wanted to currently!

    Isabel Messore In reference to the folders, I understand the option to do this in Files. Our team would like the ability to organize into folders on the Processes page as this is where most users access for monitoring and viewing.
