Certification/Process management - feature requests
After using the certifications/processes for our quarterly SOX signing for a few periods our users have the following suggestions/questions/requests
- Is there any plan to improve the organization of processes on the Processes home page. The list of processes is continuing to grow and it would be amazing if there was at least an option to organize in folders somehow.
- It would be helpful if both signers received notifications if certification is incomplete. Currently, each individual is separately notified of any action they need to take. When a person signs the certification, they receive a message stating it has been successfully completed, but they don't know if the second approver has also signed their part.
Only the person who hasn't signed the certification receives a reminder. Sometimes, there are situations where a person from finance signs, but the managing director does not, and it would be beneficial for the person from finance to be aware that the certification is awaiting another signature or approval. - Regarding the notifications@workiva.com mailbox - it turns out several individuals respond with information about a problem, thinking I am receiving emails. They do not receive an automatic reply stating the recipient is unavailable, so the email goes unanswered. Is there an option for the mailbox to automatically provide information that the email does not exist/is inactive?

These are all items our team has flagged to the Processes team and would love to have implemented as well - especially #3, as we have had very unhappy colleagues who thought our team was not responding to requests, only for us to later find out they were replying to the notifications@workiva.com mailbox. We were told that at this point, we should include, in every automated email that we send out (for the ones we can customize), a statement that this message comes from an unmonitored, no-reply mailbox and to contact x@ourcompany.com instead. We have done so and it has helped, but there MUST be a better solution than this.
0Candice Adams, I have forwarded the feedback to the Product Manager to take notice of this as well as the Enterprise Product Success Manager..
For the 1st item, when you say organize these in folders, all Processes are files and you can organize them into folders your access and even use in a templated fashion of you wanted to currently!0Isabel Messore In reference to the folders, I understand the option to do this in Files. Our team would like the ability to organize into folders on the Processes page as this is where most users access for monitoring and viewing.
0Gotcha! I'll relay that to the team - thank you for sharing Candice Adams :)
