Task not in ESG Program

We identified a task that is listed on a user's task list, but it is not showing up in our ESG Program for us to update/remove. Any advice on how to remove the task directly from the user's task list, or any insight into the cause of this issue? Thanks!

    Can you see the task if someone with the Task Manager or Workspace Owner role goes to Home > Tasks > All Tasks? If so, can you delete it from there?

    Hi Andrew! I am deemed a "Workspace Owner", but the "delete" option is not available to me on the task page.

    Hmm, not sure. Could it have been created in some other ESG program inadvertently?

    If the task isn't showing up when you search for the metric name in the program, this is not working as expected.
