Section 16 - Print Forms by Reporting Owner by Date
I would like the ability to print all Section 16 forms filed for a reporting owner for a specified frame. One potential approach would be to enable a "Print Selected Forms" button on the "Archived Forms" screen (illustration below).
Having the option to print them all to a single pdf or to separate pdf files would be helpful.
It would also be useful to be able to print all Section 16 forms for a group of selected owners, for a specified time period, either to a single pdf file for all selected owners or to separate pdf files for each owner. An illustration of how this might look is shown below.
Eventually, it would also be great to have a Section 16 reporting function from which all of this could be accomplished.

I agree! As suggested, this would make year-end compiling of filed forms so much easier.

This is great feedback, and I'm happy to say that downloading multiple forms at once is on our product team's roadmap! The selection of forms will be manual, although it's possible we could add filters for owners or date ranges down the road.
Reports are also making a return to Section 16 soon 👀, although the ability to export forms from the reports will not be included in the initial launch.
