Certification Error: Signer/Approver(s) not in account
AnsweredI am sending out a certification but noting that two of the recipients are listed as 'Error: Signer/Approver(s) not in account'.
What does this mean? How do I fix it?

Hi Rodney Dole It looks like its pointing to the fact that the signers or approvers are no longer in the workspace. Note that you can cancel that action and add a new one with the correct users who are still in the workspace. If you feel this is an error and the signers or approvers are in the workspace we ask you to please contact support to effectively triage.
