    Hello, can you do the same for a template letter created for a previous certification process? It seems that there is no option to Copy when right clicking on the template itself. Many thanks,

    Hi Sergio Ferraz the idea to reuse a letter is that the customer must do a "roll forward or Copy" of the Process. Then the customer doesn't need to recreate the letter or start from scratch entirely. They just RUN that letter again if no changes are necessary.
