Certifications - track changes in Narratives

Hi, is there any way we can track and report on all changes to process Narratives, AFTER the changes have been accepted? We can see that someone made a change on a certain date, but cannot seem to see WHAT the change was, like Track Changes in Word docs.

    Apologies Jeff Murfin, I'm not sure I understand exactly what you mean by process narratives. If you wouldn't mind providing some clarity on the following questions, I'd be happy to keep digging further. 

    Is it the text of the "letter" for the certification? If so, only workspace owners or certifier admins, should be able to change that text AFAIK. Or do you have a lot of content exchanged through the Question / Exception process and want a better way to utilize the exception reports to show this evolution (so to speak) in a consolidated location?

    Additionally, are you working in the New Certifications in Processes or finishing up in Classic Certifications? This will help me find a more specific answer!
