While the series has been widely popular, we’ve heard your feedback and decided to take how you Discover Workiva in a whole new direction.
So what’s changed?
The series of four courses (Discover Workiva, Discover Documents, Discover Spreadsheets, and Discover Presentation) have since been replaced by a new and improved single course - Discover Workiva.
Instead of using click-by-click tutorials to learn some of our more popular features, our best-in-class Product Enablement team has created a dynamic learning experience told through meaningful stories with a diverse group of relatable characters.

This 30-minute course should be the starting point for anyone looking for an introduction to our platform — whether it be a new member of your team or a member of another team that would like to see how Workiva can transform their reporting processes.
Once you’ve completed this introductory course and understand WHY we use Workiva, we recommend that you move on to the Report: Access, Create and Collaborate course to learn HOW we use Workiva and obtain functional knowledge and skill-building instruction.
- Take the course! Search for it on the Learning Hub by typing the name into the search bar or by browsing the Getting Started collection.
- Tell your friends! Even if they’ve been in the app for a while, explain how they can use this resource to onboard new team members and encourage new teams to join in the experience.
- Give us feedback! As always, share your feedback using the evaluation at the end of the course. We strive to grow and improve and meet our customers where they are.
