You might see some duplicate activities logged in your activity reports. Here are some common questions to help you understand why this is happening temporarily.
- Why are there duplicate activities in my activity reports?
Workiva is in the process of phasing out all Classic activities and introducing new, more standard activities. During this transitional phase, you may see duplicate activities logged in your report. - How can I identify the activities being phased out?
The Classic activities we are phasing out are highlighted in the Action column of the report.
- Which activity names should I rely on?
We recommend that you transition to referencing the new activity names, as Workiva will stop recording the highlighted activity names from Classic after the transition. - Will there always be duplicate activities in the reports?
Classic activities will no longer be recorded once the transition is complete. Historical duplicates will remain in the reports. - How do the new activities correlate with the Classic activities being phased out?
