A recent release to the Workiva Platform included improvements to the following products and features:
Enable email notifications for all comments in a document
We've added a new opt-in setting to receive an email notification for all comments on a document, spreadsheet, or presentation.
To access this setting:
- Open a Document, Presentation or Spreadsheet
- Access the Comments panel
- Click the bell icon in the Comments panel or the Manage these notifications link in your email.
- Select All comments on this document to receive notifications when there is a comment made of any type, including replies and mentions.
