From ESG Explorer , you can add notes about framework disclosures from the Comments panel. From this panel, you can apply labels to comments to quickly communicate information, such as their status.
Tip: By default, comment labels in ESG Explorer display statuses of In progress, Needs review, and Done. Workspace Owners can edit the available labels to best meet your needs.
Apply labels to comments
To provide at-a-glance information, you can apply a label to a specific comment or in bulk to all of the disclosure's comments.
To apply a label to a specific comment on a disclosure:
- In ESG Explorer, search or browse to the disclosure with the comment.
- From the Comments panel, select the comment.
- Click Add label or the comment's current label, and select its new label.
To apply the same label to all comments on a disclosure:
- In ESG Explorer, search or browse to the disclosure.
- From the Comments panel, click Manage comment labels .
- From the label to apply, select Apply to all comments.
Remove labels from comments
If labels becomes unnecessary, you can remove them from disclosures' comments.
Note: When you remove labels, they can't be recovered.
To remove a label from a specific comment on a disclosure:
- In ESG Explorer, search or browse to the disclosure with the comment.
- From the Comments panel, click the comment's label, and select the same label.
To remove the labels in bulk, from all comments on a disclosure:
- In ESG Explorer, search or browse to the disclosure.
- From the Comments panel, click Manage comment labels .
- Under More options, click Clear labels from comments.
- Click Clear.
Edit labels available for ESG disclosure comments
To best meet your workspace's needs, a Workspace Owner can manage the labels available for ESG disclosure comments.
Note: By default, ESG Explorer provides labels for statuses of In progress, Needs review, and Done.
From the Comments panel in ESG Explorer, click Manage comment labels , and update the available labels as necessary:
- To add a label, double-click New label, enter its name, and click OK or press Enter.
- To edit a label's name, click Edit , enter its new name, and click OK or press Enter.
- To edit a label's color, click its current color, and select a new one.
