Bounding Box Tooltip Improvement

Authorship tooltips for text now have an expanding bounding box highlight that captures other text content by the same user and minute.

Organization Level Activity Report Application Display

When exporting Organization Level Activity Reports, it previously displayed a blank value in the WS column for activities that were triggered at the Org Level, but would display within the application. Improvements have been made for the application to match the export.
