Export all process actions to CSV
Before running the process, you can export all actions in the process and their details as a CSV file, so that you can more easily verify that all actions are set up correctly.
You can export this report by clicking Export in the toolbar and selecting All process actions (.csv).
View and export the process status report
The process status view lets you monitor the status of each action and make edits if needed. You can view this report by clicking the pie chart icon in the toolbar. Learn more about monitoring a process.
You can export this process status report as a CSV file by clicking Export in the toolbar and selecting Process status (.csv). This file will contain all of the actions in your process and the current status of each action.
View and export the process activity report
The process activity report provides a list of updates in your process, including the users that made those updates. Activities are arranged with the most recent actions at the top and the oldest at the bottom.
This report is available for running, completed, or canceled processes, and you can view it by clicking the clipboard icon in the toolbar. It will have five columns:
- Activity: A summary of the activity (see the table below for more details)
- Action title: The name of the action associated with the activity entry
- User: Who performed the action
- Date: When the action was performed, in UTC
- Details: Specific information about the activity
If you need to do additional filtering or share activity data, you can export the process activity report to a CSV file by clicking Export in the toolbar and selecting Process activity (.csv).
Activity details
The table below shows the description of each activity log item for the associated action type.
Activity | Action type | Description |
Action started | Task | The task was sent to the assignee. |
Action restarted | Task | The action was restarted. |
Action completed | Task | The assignee marked their task as complete. |
Action started | Content request | The content request was sent to the assignee. The assignee now has Editor permissions to the associated file. |
Task sent for approval | Content request | The approver was notified that the assignee submitted the content request. Both the assignee and approver now have Viewer permissions to the associated file. |
Task returned | Content request | The assignee was notified that the approver returned the content request. The assignee now has Editor permissions to the associated file. |
Action restarted | Content request | The action was restarted. |
Action completed | Content request | For actions without approvers, the assignee marked the content request as complete. For actions with approvers, the assignee was notified that the approver approved the content request. |
Action started | Certification | The certification letter was sent to the assignee. |
Task sent for approval | Certification | Either the default or assigned approvers were notified that the certification letter has been signed. |
Task returned | Certification | The assignees were notified that their certification letter was returned. |
Action completed | Certification | For certifications without approvers, the certification letter was signed. For certifications with approvers, the certification letter was approved. For certifications that were signed without comments or exceptions, the certification letter was approved automatically. |
Action modified | All | The action was modified. The field that was changed will be shown in the Details column. |
Action canceled | All | The action was canceled. |
Reminder sent | All | A reminder was sent for one or more actions in the process. |
Process started | All | The process was started. |
Process complete | All | All actions in the process were either marked as completed or canceled. |
Process canceled | All | The process was canceled. |
Couldn’t start action | All | The action was marked with an Error status. |
Couldn’t cancel action | All | The action was marked with an Error status. |
