Can a Creator manage a process if they didn't create it?
Creators can only see processes they create. Managers can view all processes.
Where do I change the due date for my process?
You can change the process title, reporting date and due date all under the Processes tab. Click the Overview button. In the Process Details box, click Edit.
How do I see who has and hasn't signed the Certification so far?
Click the Processes tab, and then click the link for the process you want to view. Next click the Overview button. In the Process Health section of the dashboard, click View Tracker.
Can I print out all letters in one document for a process?
Yes, you can print them to a PDF. Click the Processes tab, and then click the link for the process you want to view, click the Overview button. In the Process Details section of the dashboard, click Export.
Can I change reminder dates?
You can change the reminder schedule for recipients within a process that is already in progress. Display the dashboard for a process, and click Letters. On the Letters page, in the Recipients column for the letter for which you want to schedule reminders, click the number that represents the number of recipients.
On the recipients page, next to the individual or workflow, click More, then click Manage Reminders.
In the Edit Recipient Reminders dialog box, click the blue x next to the reminder you want to remove.
To add a new reminder, click the calendar date on which you want to send it. The new date is added to the reminder list below the calendar. When you’re done, click Save Changes.
