There are a number of reports available in Section 16 including Reporting Owners, Holdings, and Transactions. These reports can be accessed under the Reports tab. Reports are also available for each reporting owner from their individual pages. Each of these reports contain historic information for the respective topics.
Reporting owners report
To export a reporting owners report:
- Go to the Reports tab, then the Reporting Owners sub-tab. Click the Export button.
- Select the Report Format (PDF or CSV). Click Create Report.
- Once the report has downloaded, you can save to your computer.
Holdings report
To export a holdings report:
- Go to the Reports tab, then the Holdings sub-tab. Click the Export button.
- Select the Report Format (PDF or CSV) and choose whether to Include Inactive Holdings. Click Create Report.
- Once the report has downloaded, you can save to your computer.
Transactions report
To export a transactions report:
- Go to the Reports tab, then the Transactions sub-tab. Click the Export button.
- Select the Report Format (PDF or CSV) and add a Start Date and End Date if desired. Click Create Report.
- Once the report has downloaded, you can save to your computer.
Individual reporting owner report
To create a report for an individual reporting owner:
- Go to Filers and then the Reporting Owners sub-tab. Click on the name of an individual reporting owner.
- Click the Create Report button on the far right.
- Use the checkboxes to Select Report Options. Click Create Report.
- Save the downloaded report to your computer.
