PowerPoint™ files can be used in Workiva in two ways. You can import a .pptx file and Save As a new Presentation. Or you can add a Powerpoint™ presentation to the end of an existing Workiva Presentation.
Import a PowerPoint
To import a PowerPoint™ document:
- Click Import on the File toolbar.
- Choose PPTX (.pptx).
- In the Import Options dialog box, choose Create a new presentation or Add to the end of this presentation.
- Choose Import.
Review and Edit
Once the file has been imported, you are ready to review the slides and edit your content.
