Tap the menu icon in the upper left-hand corner of Wdesk Mobile. In the menu that appears, you can tap your Inbox to check on new Certifications you may have received, or the status of Certifications that are in process.
Tap Certifications to see your active Certifications.
If you have new Certifications, they will display under the Signings category. You can think of Signings as your “to do” list of Certifications.
You can also tap In Review and Approved to see where any Certifications you have are in a process.
Tap a Certification to begin the signing process. You can tap the answers to the questions in a Certification, and tap Add Attachment beneath a question to include files with your answers as appropriate.
Depending on a process, you may be asked to provide more information. Tap the comment space, then type your response.
When all questions have been answered, tap the Tap to Sign button at the bottom of the Certification. If you don’t want to sign right away, you can tap Save for Later and return to the Certification at a later time.
Once you tap Tap to Sign, a field displays for you to type in your name. After typing your name, tap Sign.
A confirmation will display, and your approval will be sent. You can tap on the Certification in the Approved category and see your name in signature form at the bottom of the Certification.
Re-Signing and Completing the Process
Signing a Certification returns it to the Approver, and moves it to the In Review category of Wdesk Mobile.
An Approver may request more information or have questions for you regarding the Certification, and return the Certification to you. If this happens, you will see the Certification appear again under Signings with the flag Re-Signing Required.
Once a Certification has gone through the process and the Approver accepts it, it will appear in the Approved category, along with any other Approved Certifications.
