After your Binder has been published and distributed, you may want to use the current Binder as a basis for a subsequent Binder or to roll forward your current Binder. To do this, on the File tab, click the Duplicate button.
Making a Duplicate
In the Make a Duplicate dialog box, name your new Binder and use the checkbox in the lower left-hand corner to choose whether to Include Documents.
The duplicate binder opens in a new tab in your browser.
Updating Binder Content
In the duplicate Binder, you can reorganize tabs and documents as needed. Once these changes have been made, you are ready to publish your new Binder. Permissions from the original Binder will carry forward to the new one.
