As you work through a document, you’ll want to review information contributing or linked to your active document. You can use the View Document Links tool to quickly find and view information on any link in your document.
Accessing View Document Links
To open the View Document Links tool, click the Doc Links button on the Data tab.
The Location Finder appears as the new active tab in the Document Outline panel on the left. This displays the active document as the first item, followed by all linked items.
Navigating to Links
You can view document links in more detail by expanding the document using the triangle to the left. Document Locations will appear, which is followed by the total number of links in the document in parentheses. Expanding a section will display all links in that section.
You can navigate to any of the links in the document by clicking on (A) the blue hyperlink in the list. You will then be taken to (B) that location in the document, and (C) Link Properties will populate on the right side of the screen.
Link Properties is an easy way to see and navigate to source and destination links for a particular value within the document you are currently viewing.
