Tags allow you to organize your Certifications and add identifying information. Sort letters into categories using tags to add context. Add and remove tags as needed in your workflow. View all of your tags in the Tracker dashboard.
Add and remove tags
You can create tags by setting up different categories, and specify a color for the tags.
To add a tag:

- Click on the Tags tab.

- Click the Add Tag Category.

- In the Tag Categories box, type the name of the category you wish to create.

- Select a display color in the drop-down menu.

- When you have your tag ready, click the Add Tag Category button.
Tag letters using categories
To tag letters using categories:

- In the Processes tab, select the process you wish to tag. Click the Letters button.

- Click the number in the Recipients column for the appropriate letter.

- Under the Actions column, click More, then select Add Tags from the drop-down menu.

- In the Add Tags box, type the category. Add a colon to distinguish the tag. Type your tag value.

- Add multiple tags if needed by adding a comma after a tag.

- Click the Update.
View and use tags
Tags will appear under the recipient in the Tracker. Hover your mouse over the tag to see the category appear as a tooltip.
To filter by tags:

- Go to the Letters screen.

- Click More and select Recipients.

- In the Filter certifications box, type in the name of your tag. All Letters using the tag will be displayed.
If you click the Reports button, tags appear to the right. If you Export your Report, the tags will also appear in the report.
