The Next Generation of Presentations
In this guide, you'll learn the basics of using the next generation of Presentations compared to Classic Presentations.
What's New and Improved
Improved charts with streamlined designs and enhanced configuration options
New shape modifiers and asset opacity
Easily copy and paste slides across different presentations
Real-time Collaboration
Automatically saved changes enable real-time collaboration—since there’s no need to save and share your edits, you’ll no longer see a Share button in your toolbar. Instead of sharing your edits, you can use the History panel to track revisions.
Use Slide Layouts
Access your Slide Layouts from the View toolbar. From here, you can use the outline to see your existing Slide Layouts, adjust their properties, add new slides, and easily reorder and rename your templates.
Slide Properties Panel
Edit a slide’s layout, background, and numbering using the gear icon in the right panel.

Templates
Create templates from new or existing presentations to easily share formatting and layouts across multiple presentations.
