Viewing Licenses
To see which license type is assigned to a member in your account, go to the People tab in Admin. If you'd like to adjust the number of available licenses or migrate to a new license model, please contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance.
Also available are solution add-ons that give users additional functionality, explained in detail below.
Classic License Levels
Find details below for classic seat based license levels.
Version 3 (V3)
Below is listed details for Version 3 licenses and available access, also known as V3 licenses.
General
The following licenses can be used for general access.

Starter: Can review, comment, and approve documents. Can also sign or approve Certifications. Can also contribute documents via portal or data via data collection.

Standard: Includes Starter features in addition to the following abilities. Can create and edit documents, create links, and view the history of documents. Can be a Certification user, account administrator, and/or Workspace Administrator.

Professional: Includes Standard features in addition to the following abilities. Can manage Supporting Documents, Data Collections, Controls Management, and Certifications. Supporting Document management includes attaching supporting documents, requesting supporting attachments, marking up documents, and creating binders of supporting documents. Controls Management functionality includes access to the database, PBC management, full testing abilities, and report and dashboard management.
Solution Access
The following license can be used for solution access.
- Integrated Risk: Includes access within the integrated risk environment. The license includes features related to general platform and controls management database for team members, management, and external auditor capabilities.
Add-Ons
The following add-ons can be applied:

XBRL: For Standard or Professional licenses, add-on XBRL tagging, XBRL review, XBRL blacklines, and XBRL reports.

SEC Filing: For Professional licenses, add-on XBRL and filing with the SEC.
Version 2 (V2)
Below is listed details for Version 2 licenses and available access, also known as V2 licenses.
General
The following licenses can be used for general access.

Filing Manager: Manager privileges plus this individual can create XBRL filing packages and Section 16 forms and can test and live file reports with the SEC and SEDAR.

Manager: Creator privileges plus XBRL Creator Add-On and Data Collection Creator Add-On Privileges and can manage users and account information via Admin Tools and File Utilities. Also includes advanced Data Collection Manager features.

Creator: Reviewer privileges plus can create business reports including documents, workbooks, charts, presentations and books; can create and manage data links and certifications; can manage permissions, the audit trail and digital review workflow.

Reviewer: Contributor privileges plus can review and comment on business reports on desktop and tablets and can approve data template submittals.

Contributor: Can populate data collection templates and complete certifications.

Certification Contributor: Can complete certifications.

Security Administrator Only: Can only manage security and authentication settings
Add-Ons
The following add-ons can be applied to Creator licenses to enhance their functionality.

XBRL Creator Add-On: Allows a creator license to create, manage and review XBRL, XBRL blacklines and XBRL reports.

Data Collection Add-On: Allows a creator license access to the creator dashboard, the ability to create and distribute templates and the ability to roll those templates forward.
