To create a review, go to the Review toolbar and then choose Review > Create New.
This brings up a wizard that will take you through three steps: Details, Content, and Preview.
Using the Viewer
When a Presentation is sent for review, the reviewer will receive a link in an email and open the review in the viewer. Existing reviews can also be opened from Wdesk. Go to the Review toolbar, then the Review icon, and click View Existing.
The viewer will open in a separate browser tab or window. In the upper left-hand corner of the viewer, there are two buttons.
The Arrow button with a circle around it will enable full screen mode. The PDF button will create a PDF file of the presentation so that you can easily share it with others.
If you hover over the bottom of your screen on the right side, the zoom icons will appear.
In the upper right-hand corner, you will see the Comments panel. The talk-bubble icon with the plus sign is the Add Comment button, used to create comments in your review.
Comments created in a review will flow back into Wdesk.
