Note: The classic Certifications experience will be deprecated on June 30th, 2023. You'll need to migrate to the new experience before then. If you don’t have the ability to migrate yet, you will shortly.
Reuse a process by rolling the process forward in Certifications. Or copy an existing process to edit. Delete a Certifications process that you no longer need.
Copy a process
To copy a process:

- Click the Processes tab.

- Click Copy next to the desired process.

- Enter the updated details for the process. Edit the title, End and Due dates, or the Contact. Click Next.

- Select dates for automated reminders in Set Reminders box or skip this step. Reminders are only for new letters created in this process.

- Click Next.
After the new process is created, you can change names, dates, recipients, and edit your letter as usual.
Close or delete a process
Closing a process will remove the process from the Processes list. This is a best practice since the process is still viewable and accessible. Deleting a process removes the process from your Workiva account. Only a Certification Server Admin can restore a Process (for 30 days). An account administrator can delete a completed or in-progress process.
