Reuse a process by rolling the process forward in Certifications. Or copy an existing process to edit. Delete a Certifications process that you no longer need.
Copy a Process
To copy a process:

- Click the Processes tab.

- Click Copy next to the desired process.

- Enter the updated details for the process. Edit the title, End and Due dates, or the Contact. Click Next.

- Select dates for automated reminders in Set Reminders box or skip this step. Reminders are only for new letters created in this process.

- Click Next.
Delete a Process
An account administrator can delete a completed or in-progress process. Deleting a process cannot be undone.

- From the More menu next to a process, select Delete.

- Confirm your choice.
